Therefore, maintaining an ideal body weight is important to support uterine health and overall body balance.

5. Healthy Lifestyle

Women who have a healthy and fertile uterus generally tend to be active in physical activities, reflecting a healthy lifestyle. It is important to note that lifestyle can affect the health of the uterus. Unhealthy habits, such as smoking or consuming alcoholic drinks, can disrupt the health of the uterus and increase the risk of diseases that can affect the reproductive organs.
