Why should I track my period?
Nona is more than a regular period tracking app! By logging your symptoms everyday, you will start to see patterns that occur in your body every cycle, including everything from physical symptoms (like bloating and acne) to mental symptoms (like mood and energy levels). Every cycle is split up into four phases (menstrual, follicular, ovulatory, and luteal), and you can optimize each phase to bring out your best self every week. With Nona, we want to help you become more connected with what’s going on with your body everyday and want to teach you tips along the way to make your cycle work better for you. The more information you log, the better our analytics will be for you!
How do I download the app?
Nona Woman is available to download for free on Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We want to make period tracking easy and accesible to everyone.
How do I use the app?
With our app, you can track daily experiences throughout your menstrual cycle and anticipate your next period. Simply log your symptoms in the calendar on your home page. Nona will generate insights on your menstrual phase, next period date, and cycle length.
How do I deactivate my account in the app?
1. Clicking your profile
2. Going to settings
3. Going to account
4. Tapping on the delete account to permanently delete the account and reset data to clear all of their data

Are Nona's products free of chemicals?
Our products do not contain harsh chemicals, use them without worrying whether they'll irritate your intimate areas.
What pantyliner or pad size is suitable for me?
We currently have 1 pantyliner and 3 different pad sizes available for varying days in your cycle. Check out the product pages for suggestions on when to use them.
How often should I change Nona's pads?
In general, you should change your pads every 4-6 hours. This may vary depending on your flow.
Can I reuse Nona's pads?
No, our organic cotton pads are for single-use only due to sanitary reasons. Please throw away your used pads in the bin and not in the toilet.
How often should I use Nona's intimate wash?
Whenever you are showering or feel like giving your intimate areas an intimate wash.

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments via Virtual Account (BCA, BNI, Mandiri, Permata Bank, Bank BRI, BSI, Bank BJB), eWallet (OVO, DANA) & PayLater (AkuLaku).
What is your shipping policy?
We offer complimentary shipping on orders above IDR 90,000. Enter the code FREESHIP at checkout.
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship nationwide (Indonesia), but send us an email at hello@nonawoman.com if you would like us to ship elsewhere too.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We will try to process your order same day and it will be delivered to you in 1-3 business days.
Can I return Nona's products?
We currently do not offer returns, please see our Terms of Service for more information.
