Grounding food consists of nutritious vegetables that come from tubers and starch. Of course, food that includes grounding food comes from native nature. Some of these vegetables are carrots, potatoes, and pumpkins. The vegetables that come from tubers are sweet potatoes, ginger and turmeric. 

These vegetables contain carbohydrates and various vitamins and minerals to support the immune system, especially in winter. You could try roasting root vegetables or making warm soups or stews. To make it easier for you to remember what to avoid, you need to know that a food that is far from nature or even doesn't come from nature at all, is not good for you. 

Consuming foods that come from nature, will help the body have sufficient intake. That way, the body will become more focused. Foods that come from nature can also help control blood sugar. 

In addition, consuming foods that come from nature can provide us with high nutrition and help activate neurotransmitters properly. 

Some grounding foods that are suitable for dealing with anxiety, such as ginger, garlic, radish, and sweet potatoes. 

Consuming foods that come from nature will reduce the risk of higher disease. Apart from that, you can also do a number of things that can help overcome your health problems, such as exercising, drinking enough water, or grounding in nature.
