What are Reusable Sanitary Pads?
Reusable sanitary pads present as a more environmentally friendly and economical menstrual solution compared to disposable sanitary napkins. Made from fabric (cloth) that can be washed and reused, Nona Woman’s reusable sanitary pads offer healthier and more sustainable menstruation.

- Organic cotton on the top layer for softness and comfort.
- Super absorbent cotton at the core for maximum absorption.
- Food grade waterproof backing non-toxic to keep clean.
- Adhesive strong to keep the sanitary pad in place.
How to Use Reusable Sanitary Pads
The use of this sanitary pad is easy and similar to a normal disposable sanitary pad.
Here are the steps:
- Washing hands with soap and clean water before and after using sanitary napkins.
- Open the packaging of the pad carefully.
- Remove the adhesive on the back of the pad.
- Attach the pad in the middle of the underwear. Make sure the part that absorbs blood is facing down.
- Trim the wings sanitary napkin at the bottom of the underwear.
- Change the pad every 4-6 hours, or more often if it feels wet or full.
