Our menstruation is the 5th vital sign of your health. To reduce your pain and improve your quality of life, it's really important to be mindful of your menstrual cycles and sync them. Personally for me it has been a life-changing mentality!
Even if you don't menstruate, you'll gain insight that you might not know before, as you know, period is still a taboo nowadays but Nona is actively changing that!
